Authors Guidelines

 

Article processing

All submitted articles are subjected to a double blind peer-review process. The review process may take approximately 1 weeks. In initial review, it is ensured that the similarity-index of submitted article is below 20% as per International Journal of Computer Networks and Communications Security (IJCNCS) policy. Upon preliminary evaluation by the Editorial Board, the papers are sent to two referees (experts in respective fields) for evaluation. After the reviewers have submitted their comments you will be contacted by an editor or AE regarding acceptance, provisional acceptance, or rejection of a manuscript. The decision of the Editor-in-Chief to publish a paper in concurrence with referee(s) opinion is considered final.

Frequency of publication

IJCNCS, is published as a monthly journal with 12 issues per year. Special editions are also planned subjected to the scope and need. Currently IJCNCS is also publishing peer reviewed papers of International and National level conferences conducted by various research and academic institutions.

Submission of articles

Authors are invited to submit papers through (Online Submission) or e-mail: editor@ijcncs.org. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this journal. Copyright

Authors are also instructed to submit the copyright transfer form once the article is accepted for publication, without which the articles will not be processed. Author can download the copyright transfer form, duly filled form should be submitted to editor@ijcncs.org. Please Download Copyright Form.

The facts and views in the article will be of the authors and they will be totally responsible for authenticity, validity and originality etc. The authors should give an undertaking while submitting the paper that the manuscripts submitted to journal have not been published and have not been simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere and manuscripts are their original work. That if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the publisher.

Publication Ethic

Plagiarism

Based on Journal of Environmental Treatment Techniques policy only original article (i.e., article which has neither been published elsewhere, nor is under review elsewhere) can be published. Manuscripts that are found to have been plagiarized from a manuscript by other authors, whether published or unpublished, will incur plagiarism sanctions.

Duplicate Submission

Manuscripts that are found to have been published elsewhere, or to be under review elsewhere, will incur duplicate submission/publication sanctions. If authors have used their own previously published work, or work that is currently under review, as the basis for a submitted manuscript, they are required to cite the previous work and indicate how their submitted manuscript offers novel contributions beyond those of the previous work.

Citation Manipulation

Submitted manuscripts that are found to include citations whose primary purpose is to increase the number of citations to a given author’s work, or to articles published in a particular journal, will incur citation manipulation sanctions.

Data Fabrication and Falsification

Submitted manuscripts that are found to have either fabricated or falsified experimental results, including the manipulation of images, will incur data fabrication and falsification sanctions.

Improper Author Contribution or Attribution

All listed authors must have made a significant scientific contribution to the research in the manuscript and approved all its claims. It is important to list everyone who made a significant scientific contribution, including students and laboratory technicians.

Sanctions

In the event that there are documented violations of any of the above mentioned policies is found, the following sanctions will be applied:

Immediate rejection of the infringing manuscript.

Prohibition against all of the authors for any new submissions to Journal of Environmental treatment Techniques, either individually or in combination with other authors of the infringing manuscript, as well as in combination with any other authors. This prohibition will be imposed for a minimum of 36 months.

In cases where the violations of the above policies are found to be particularly egregious, the journal reserves the right to impose additional sanctions beyond those described above.

Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement

The publication of an article in a peer reviewed journal is an essential model for our journal "International Journal of Computer Networks and Communications Security (IJCNCS)". It is necessary to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer and the publisher. Our ethic statements are based on COPEs Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

Regarding indexing issue

We have provided the online access of all issues & papers to the all indexing agencies (as given on our journal home web site). It is depend on indexing agencies when, how and what manner they can index or not. So, please neither sends any question nor expects any answer from us on the behalf of third party i.e. indexing agencies. Our role is just to provide the online access to them. So we do properly this and one can visit indexing agencies website to get the authentic information.

Fee of publication

IJCNCS does not charge for submitting papers to the journal. IJCNCS is an open access journal, but to cover cost of online hosting, Internet servicing, editing, handling, etc, it currently charges the publication fee for 90 $ US (per accepted article).
