Abstract -
In this paper, the author use analytical method of explore factor analysis and regression analysis to determining factors affecting the performance of FDI enterprises in Viet Nam. This paper conducted during the period from March 2013 to March 2015. The research results showed that there were 250 FDI enterprises interviewed and answered about 30 questions but 238 FDI enterprises processed. The researcher had analyzed KMO test, the result of KMO analysis used for multiple regression analysis. The Multiple regression analysis results showed that there were four factors, which included of factors following External factors: Opportunities, threats and internal factors: Weaknesses, Strengths that are components of the SWOT matrix with significance level 5 %. In addition, the research result processed from SPSS 20.0 software. The parameters of the model estimated by Least - Squares Method tested for the model assumption with 5% significance level. At the same time, the result was also a scientific evidence and important for researchers, and policy makers who apply them for developing FDI enterprises in the future. The main objectives of this study were to: 1. The first objective was to analyze and to test some factors that affected the performance of FDI enterprises in Viet Nam. 2. The second objective was to propose recommendations in order to develop the performance of the FDI enterprises in Viet Nam.

Abstract -
Nowadays, multi-agent systems are frequently used to control big components of IT systems. Since this systems are big and use and produce big data, the control of multi-agents systems by people is not beneficial anymore. So, self-organization, in which agents can organize themselves, is proposed as a resolution. In a self-organizing multi-agent system, the desired behavior of system is emerged based on local behavior of agents. But, emergence is not always as we desired and can result in a manner that we do not want the system to have it. On the other hand, self-adaptation is a centralized and top-down process, in which a central control loop can monitor, analyze, plan and execute decisions on a controlled element. Therefore, a combination of self-organization and self-adaptation can help the system stay self-organized while the bad results of emergence are controlled by self-adaptation features. Recently, combining self-organization and self-adaptation features is becoming a trend. In this paper, we tried to propose an organization model for self-organizing multi-agent system based on self-adaptation features to control emergence.

Abstract -
Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANET) due to their mobility and their wireless technology has quick access and low cost, which can work efficiently in robotic management. In this paper, three famous MANET protocols have been simulated for four km2 working areas with changes of the same elements in types of robots like speed, pause time, number of nodes, and key parameters that show network optimization rate including PDR, Throughput, and End-To-End Delay by using GloMoSim software. In total, LAR protocol was recognized that has better performance than AODV and DSR, which could be used as one of the optimum protocols.

Abstract -
Recognition of person by means of their biometric characteristics is very popular among the society. Among this, for personal identification fingerprint recognition is an important technology due to its unique structure. Human fingerprints are rich in details called minutiae. This can be used for identification marks for fingerprint verification. Large volume of fingerprint images are collected and stored day by day from a wider range of applications. Compression of data is commanding of under certain circumstances due to large amount of data transmission and efficient memory utilization. A new and efficient fingerprint compression algorithm using sparse representation is introduced. Obtaining an over complete dictionary from a set of fingerprint patches allows us to represent them as a sparse linear combination of dictionary atoms. In the algorithm, first construct a dictionary for predefined fingerprint image patches. For a new given fingerprint images, represent its patches according to the dictionary by computing l0- minimization and then quantize and encode the coefficients and other related information using lossless coding methods. A fast Fourier filtering transformation for image post processing helped to improve the contrast ratio of the regenerated image Here, considered the effect of various factors on compression results. In Automatic Fingerprint identification System, the main feature used to match two fingerprint images are minutiae. Therefore, the difference of the minutiae between pre- and post-compression is considered in the project. The experiments illustrate that the proposed algorithm is robust to extract minutiae. From the results, we can say that the proposed system provides better PSNR and verbosity for reconstructed images. Compression using sparse provides a better compression ratio also.
