Authors can submit papers online (Online Submission System). In special situations and after communication with editor-in-chief the manuscripts can be submitted by editor@ijcncs.org Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this journal. It is informed to all the authors that paper cannot be withdrawn at any condition once it is accepted. The Publishing Team of IJCNCS suggest you, do not submit same article to the multiple journals simultaneously. This may create a problem for you. Please wait for review report which will take around two months. Paper must be in IJCNCS Manuscript Template.

This license authorizes unrestricted circulation and reproduction of the publication by anybody, as long as the original work is properly cited. Authors are also instructed to submit the copyright transfer form once the article is accepted for publication, without which the articles will not be processed. Author can download the copyright transfer form, duly filled form should be submitted to editor@ijcncs.org. Please Download Copyright Form.
